These terms apply to the public NexyFlow beta demo. The demo lets visitors inspect product workflows with temporary mock identities and synthetic sample data.
Public account registration, Free plan activation, paid plans, and payment are currently unavailable. Access is issued only as a temporary server-generated Demo Admin or Demo Employee identity. Existing authorized customers may continue to use their existing login.
The demo is a product preview, not a Free subscription. It provides no guaranteed daily AI allowance, storage quota, uptime, or continued access. AI and other resource-intensive functions may be rate-limited, paused, or unavailable at any time.
Each mock identity receives an isolated workspace with sample data. Sessions may end after inactivity, and demo workspaces expire within 24 hours or earlier for security or capacity reasons. Demo content is not guaranteed to persist or be recoverable.
Do not enter real personal, confidential, regulated, or production data. Do not attempt to identify other visitors, bypass isolation or limits, probe security, automate excessive requests, or use the demo for unlawful activity.
AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are for demonstration only. Review all proposed actions. Confirmation screens, execution receipts, and simulated workflows do not make the demo suitable for production, legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Demo changes are intended to remain inside the isolated workspace. Email, integrations, payments, and other external side effects may be disabled or simulated. Do not rely on the demo to deliver a message, create an external record, or complete a transaction.
The beta is provided as available, without an SLA or warranty. Features, prices shown for advance information, limits, and these terms may change before commercial release. Material updates will be posted on this page.
We may end a session or block access when needed to protect users, infrastructure, or the service, or when these terms are violated.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
