This notice explains how NexyFlow handles information when you apply for the UAE closed beta or use the public product demo. Public account creation and payment are disabled.
The synthetic-data demo remains available. Real-person applications will reopen after the service entity, data controller, and privacy channels are published and verified.
We create a random mock identifier, mock email address, temporary organization ID, selected persona and language. We also process session and security tokens, IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, feature interactions, error and security logs, and content you enter in the isolated demo. If you email support, we process the information in your message.
The preloaded people, tasks, calendars, approvals and messages are synthetic sample data. Do not enter real personal, confidential, regulated, credential, payment or production information. If you do, it may be processed by the demo infrastructure and AI providers described below.
We use information to create and secure the temporary workspace, provide requested demo and AI functions, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, measure aggregate product usage, respond to support, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Prompts and the minimum relevant demo context may be sent to configured AI infrastructure to generate a response or plan. Do not submit sensitive data. Demo content is not intended for training a public general-purpose model by NexyFlow. Provider handling remains subject to the safeguards and settings available under our service arrangements.
Cloud hosting, CDN/security, email, error monitoring, analytics and AI providers may process data on our behalf. Processing may occur outside the UAE, including in the United States, Europe and other locations where a provider operates. We use access controls, encryption in transit, contractual controls and data minimization appropriate to the service.
The demo workspace is scheduled to expire within 24 hours and a browser session may end sooner after inactivity. Security, audit and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an incident or law. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and protect legal rights.
We do not sell demo personal information. We disclose information only to processors needed to operate the demo, when you request an integration, during a legitimate corporate transaction with safeguards, or when legally required.
Demo organizations are logically isolated and use server-issued tokens. We apply rate limits, access controls, logging and transport encryption. No system is risk-free, so the demo must not be used for real business or sensitive data.
You may stop using the demo, close the session, avoid optional analytics through available cookie controls, and ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Contact nexyflow@nexysys.com. We may need to verify a request without collecting unnecessary identity data.
The public beta demo is not intended for children under 18. If we learn that a child submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

When you apply, we collect your name, business email, company, role, company-size and purchase-volume bands, business system, approval depth, preferred language, message, attribution data, consent, application status and administrator notes. We use this information only to assess eligibility, contact you, manage invitations and operate the closed beta. Contact fields and notes are encrypted at rest; notification emails exclude applicant identity and message content. Applicant identity is normally purged within 180 days of submission, while non-identifying lifecycle totals may remain. If accepted, account and workspace processing is governed separately. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at nexyflow@nexysys.com.
