This notice explains browser storage used by the NexyFlow public demo and invite-only closed beta. Optional analytics loads only after consent.
| Browser item | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| nexysys_token | Access session token. Production may also issue it as a secure httpOnly cookie. | Session / short-lived |
| refresh_token | Secure httpOnly cookie used to renew an authenticated session. | Up to 30 days |
| currentUser | Local cache of the signed-in or mock demo profile. | Until sign-out or demo expiry |
| app_language | Language preference. | Until changed or cleared |
| cookie_consent_v2 | Essential, analytics and marketing consent choices. | Until the consent version changes or storage is cleared |
Essential storage provides authentication, security, language, demo isolation and consent records. Blocking it may prevent sign-in or the demo from working.
With analytics consent and a configured environment key, Microsoft Clarity and/or PostHog may load and create their own identifiers or browser storage. NexyFlow does not create the previously documented _analytics_id or _analytics_session items.
Analytics and marketing are off by default. A supported Global Privacy Control signal records an opt-out. Reload after revoking consent to stop future optional loading. Data already transmitted cannot be recalled by the browser.
Public registration, plan activation and website payment are disabled. Payment-processor cookies are not used for public demo access.
Use the consent banner or browser settings to accept, reject or clear optional storage. Clearing essential storage signs you out and may reset the temporary demo.
We update this notice when the tracker inventory or storage behavior changes. Questions: nexyflow@nexysys.com.
